Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Patrick Famelen made the kick off which started today's match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Famelen in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwan Zorge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Patrick Famelen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Bleiswijk during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, AC Sorriso's Alexander Bleiswijk got a free kick in the 27th minute. After some careless play in the AC Sorriso defense, Gert van Damme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwan Zorge. The AC Sorriso fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwan Zorge should have stopped the shot. Patrick Famelen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Iwan Zorge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AC Sorriso's Iwan Zorge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Andriessen in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of AC Sorriso booed when Fluitende Ventieltjes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Coenraad Schreuder didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Fluitende Ventieltjes FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nico Smibum stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, AC Sorriso's goal looked a bit too open when Ton Wermans came free, but Iwan Zorge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute Nico Smibum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Smibum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Fluitende Ventieltjes FC booed when AC Sorriso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Reiling didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, AC Sorriso's Jelte Ommen got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Humberto Andriessen came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Fluitende Ventieltjes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Andriessen couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Ferry Velez managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Sorriso's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferry Velez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evert Smibum breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patrick Famelen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Iwan Zorge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nico Smibum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Smibum having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Tom Trenning was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Sorriso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fluitende Ventieltjes FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, AC Sorriso's Tom Trenning got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ferry Velez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evert Smibum read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. If Nico Smibum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franck Zuid hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Nico Smibum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Smibum having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert van Damme in the 90th minute of play forced AC Sorriso's goalkeeper Iwan Zorge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferry Velez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fluitende Ventieltjes FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
