Soerendonk HC were furious when Hans Huizinga was red carded, 55 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 55 minutes into the game, one of Soerendonk HC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ulf Uter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ludomil Barys hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If Hans Fokkelman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulf Uter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maurice Wikenburg went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Ulf Uter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kees Eising in the 94th minute of the match. Ulf Uter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damien de Jong, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Maurice Wikenburg scored 8-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulf Uter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. New Gooxtonian Boys's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
