The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Nico Smibum came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the AC Sorriso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nico Smibum couldn't finish the play. 6 minutes into the match, Busselman's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Smibum came free, but Melchor Goi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Busselman! The referee gave AC Sorriso a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonathan Reiling, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Busselman's Melchor Goi. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Pär Kleen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iwan Zorge was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 25th minute, Ferry Velez made a precise shot to the right of Melchor Goi. Busselman's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 30th match minute, Busselman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Johans to maneuver through the defense. Nico Smibum's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melchor Goi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. If Nico Smibum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Jonathan Reiling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute Ferry Velez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Goi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, AC Sorriso's Iwan Zorge got control of the ball when Bayu Zubir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pär Kleen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nico Smibum to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Petre Gârniceanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Busselman's Melchor Goi got control of the ball when Ferry Velez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iwan Zorge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pär Kleen in the 63rd minute of the match. When Nico Smibum came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the AC Sorriso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nico Smibum couldn't finish the play. Melchor Goi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nico Smibum in the 67th minute of play. Melchor Goi made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Ferry Velez sent off a good shot on target. Bayu Zubir struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Iwan Zorge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Busselman. 79 minutes into the match, Busselman's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Smibum came free, but Melchor Goi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bayu Zubir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iwan Zorge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pär Kleen, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Bleiswijk in the 85th minute of play forced Busselman's goalkeeper Melchor Goi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bayu Zubir came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Busselman fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bayu Zubir couldn't finish the play. Iwan Zorge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayu Zubir in the 90th minute of play. Iwan Zorge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bayu Zubir, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Busselman's Pär Kleen got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle went the supporters of AC Sorriso were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Busselman side.
