After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Tivadar Demeter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szombathely Squirrels's supporters rose to their feet, but Tivadar Demeter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaan Winter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the game, Tivadar Demeter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kaan Winter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 13 minutes into the game, when Luciano Aued put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Szombathely Squirrels booed when STORM CORNER F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Pacifico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tivadar Demeter in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kaan Winter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. STORM CORNER F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ionuț Jităreanu in the 20th minute. Tivadar Demeter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaan Winter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Arnold Szuper, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnold Szuper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionuț Jităreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute György Szekeres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnold Szuper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szombathely Squirrels's Arnold Szuper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by György Szekeres in the 44th minute of play. Kaan Winter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tivadar Demeter in the 56th minute. Arnold Szuper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from György Szekeres in the 59th minute of the match. With a little luck, STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter got control of the ball when Tivadar Demeter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnold Szuper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ede Szász in the 79th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when Ede Szász came free, but Arnold Szuper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Lei Jian Xiong made a precise shot to the right of Kaan Winter. STORM CORNER F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2.
