Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Corsario Negro's Blasi Belalcaraz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Corsario Negro from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Corsario Negro's Aniol Serrano got a free kick in the 8th minute. Corsario Negro's Blasi Belalcaraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleodoro Zapata in the 12th minute of play. After 19 minutes, José Santander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carmenin and the Corsario Negro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Carmenin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Santander to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute of the match Aniol Serrano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Quintas skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Corsario Negro's zone, Gabriel Treviño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blasi Belalcaraz came out of the goal and Gabriel Treviño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blasi Belalcaraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleodoro Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Corsario Negro's goalkeeper Blasi Belalcaraz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Treviño. When Paulino Gibert fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corsario Negro's protests and gave Paulino Gibert a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Corsario Negro getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Paulino Gibert hit a great ball. Gabriel Treviño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blasi Belalcaraz having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Gentza Cameno notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Carmenin's Gabriel Quintas. Gabriel Quintas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Gentza Cameno made the kick off in the second half. If Eleodoro Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 minutes of play Corsario Negro's Maule Gandia was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 59th minute, Maule Gandia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blasi Belalcaraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Santander, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Blasi Belalcaraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleodoro Zapata in the 62nd minute of the match. Blasi Belalcaraz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eleodoro Zapata in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blasi Belalcaraz saved Corsario Negro from getting behind. Corsario Negro's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
