With a little luck, CD Canillas's Álvaro Echeto got control of the ball when Fredo Dorado tried to sneak it across the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, CD Canillas's goal looked a bit too open when Fredo Dorado came free, but Álvaro Echeto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deividas Tamošiūnas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Álvaro Echeto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredo Dorado in the 9th minute of play forced CD Canillas's goalkeeper Álvaro Echeto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Álvaro Echeto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredo Dorado in the 11th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Deividas Tamošiūnas during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bruno Caldow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Bencoiechea in the 13th minute of play. Bruno Caldow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Bencoiechea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Tarrako Manda's zone, Severo Bencoiechea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Caldow came out of the goal and Severo Bencoiechea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, César Bargas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Caldow. CD Canillas's Álvaro Echeto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredo Dorado in the 26th minute of play. Deividas Tamošiūnas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Álvaro Echeto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fredo Dorado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Caldow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Etxepare Marines, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leobardo Japón in the 35th minute of play forced Tarrako Manda's goalkeeper Bruno Caldow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th match minute, Tarrako Manda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonsalvo Duran to maneuver through the defense. Álvaro Echeto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredo Dorado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Álvaro Echeto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredo Dorado in the 45th minute. Tarrako Manda's Bruno Caldow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Bencoiechea in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Fredo Dorado made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Tarrako Manda's Deividas Tamošiūnas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Álvaro Echeto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 57 minutes into the match, Tarrako Manda's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Bencoiechea came free, but Bruno Caldow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, CD Canillas's Leobardo Japón dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Bruno Caldow made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severo Bencoiechea in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, Severo Bencoiechea notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Tarrako Manda's Bruno Caldow. Bruno Caldow was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CD Canillas's Álvaro Echeto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deividas Tamošiūnas in the 67th minute of play. Bruno Caldow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Bencoiechea in the 70th minute of play. If Severo Bencoiechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tarrako Manda's Saverio Muelas got a free kick in the 79th minute. CD Canillas's Álvaro Echeto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredo Dorado in the 82nd minute of play. Álvaro Echeto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deividas Tamošiūnas in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Fredo Dorado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Álvaro Echeto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Fredo Dorado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Echeto having to interfere. Fredo Dorado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Tarrako Manda supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CD Canillas's performance. The match ended with a win for CD Canillas.
