The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Injuries's Teddy Tholsted got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Skellerup FC's Kenn Kuberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teddy Tholsted in the 3rd minute of play. Skellerup FC's Indiana Jones managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Klavs Lavater in the 8 minute of the game. If Indiana Jones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Teddy Tholsted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kenn Kuberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teddy Tholsted, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teddy Tholsted in the 18th minute of play forced Skellerup FC's goalkeeper Kenn Kuberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Indiana Jones recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 27 minutes of play, Injuries's Teddy Tholsted made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenn Kuberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Indiana Jones was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Skellerup FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Indiana Jones might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zorko Quack. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Indiana Jones ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 44th match minute, Skellerup FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberiu Ruşdea to maneuver through the defense. Ander Hoyos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kenn Kuberg having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Teddy Tholsted made the kick off in the second half. Injuries's Zorko Quack played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anti Kodu in the 54th minute of play. Injuries made a substitution. Runar Flou replaced Thomas Milert. Injuries made a substitution. Thøger Abelgren replaced Ander Hoyos. Injuries's Bertil Tux was substituted for Mathies Dalsbirk. Vagnar Halckendorff kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes, Injuries's Bertil Tux shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kenn Kuberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Injuries reached it. A collision led to Skellerup FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Tonny Ulving hit a great ball. Kenn Kuberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teddy Tholsted in the 61st minute. 71 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's goalkeeper Kenn Kuberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teddy Tholsted. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anti Kodu in the 75th minute of play forced Injuries's goalkeeper Zorko Quack to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zorko Quack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Indiana Jones, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anti Kodu in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zorko Quack prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anti Kodu in the 86th minute of play forced Injuries's goalkeeper Zorko Quack to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Skellerup FC booed when Injuries was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thøger Abelgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Bertil Tux took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Kenn Kuberg to make any attempt to save it. Anti Kodu took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zorko Quack. Zorko Quack dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Skellerup FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
