Diedrik Jamieson made in the 4th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Wolf De Hond. Marciano Hendrickx's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laurence Van Den Abeele read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Rodriguinho de Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armand Steenberghs in the 11th minute of play. Apricis Bruxella's Laurence Van Den Abeele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Hendrickx in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Beek City were awarded a corner. Stanislaw Rekowski went to the cornerflag to take it. Diedrik Jamieson made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Beek City's Heiko Sibon. Laurence Van Den Abeele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Hendrickx in the 17th minute of play. Rodriguinho de Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armand Steenberghs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Apricis Bruxella getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Diedrik Jamieson hit a great ball. Heiko Sibon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Laurence Van Den Abeele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Beek City's goal looked a bit too open when Armand Steenberghs came free, but Rodriguinho de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurence Van Den Abeele was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Heiko Sibon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Heiko Sibon really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 35 minutes into the game, Marciano Hendrickx cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Laurence Van Den Abeele was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Heiko Sibon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Laurence Van Den Abeele made a huge save. With a little luck, Apricis Bruxella's Laurence Van Den Abeele got control of the ball when Heiko Sibon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodriguinho de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Coronel Camba in the 41st minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wolf De Hond stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Laurence Van Den Abeele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Hendrickx in the 50th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heiko Sibon in the 55th minute of play forced Apricis Bruxella's goalkeeper Laurence Van Den Abeele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Beek City's Marciano Hendrickx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When Marciano Hendrickx came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Beek City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Hendrickx couldn't finish the play. Josef Valkenaers kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
