Tasos Tsiafkaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aggelos Perperidis having to interfere. When Tasos Tsiafkaris came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Zondhila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tasos Tsiafkaris couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Christos Karalexopoulos took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Christos Boukouvalas to make any attempt to save it. 1-2 became the score in the 38th minute when Tasos Tsiafkaris elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Takis Bamias charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Takis Bamias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Zondhila getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Takis Bamias hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tasos Tsiafkaris made a kick off. Pavlos Nikolakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Christos Karalexopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thriamvos Athinon's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tasos Tsiafkaris 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Thriamvos Athinon's Aggelos Perperidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tasos Tsiafkaris in the 71st minute of play. A collision led to Thriamvos Athinon getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Markos Fotakos hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Aggelos Bantas could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Aggelos Perperidis however easily saved by the left post. Christos Boukouvalas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Karalexopoulos in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Panos Svolopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aggelos Perperidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aggelos Bantas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Aggelos Perperidis made a huge save. Pavlos Nikolakis fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 92nd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. 96 minutes into the game, Giotis Chatziioannou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Thriamvos Athinon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zondhila the free kick. Giotis Chatziioannou hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
