Franco Armani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Basmane Texas getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Feridun Elmacı hit a great ball. In the 9th match minute, Basmane Texas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ayi Yılmaz to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Basmane Texas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Philippe Albert was slow to take the kick. During this time Bozkurt's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Bozkurt's Philippe Albert to fire away a dangerous shot which Franco Armani despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Franco Armani came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Bozkurt's Kai Havertz. But to his dismay, Kai Havertz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Basmane Texas's Franco Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kai Havertz in the 23rd minute of play. Franco Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kai Havertz in the 25th minute of play. When Basmane Texas's Gürsel Aksel in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bozkurt's goalie prevented a goal. Ergün Benlioğlu made in the 36th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Basmane Texas's Ayi Yılmaz. After the first half Bozkurt were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thanks to some nice moves Marcell Jacobs could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Franco Armani however easily saved by the left post. 54 minutes into the game, Kai Havertz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Franco Armani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iason Kazantzidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürsel Aksel, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. A throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game was made by Ömer Eymen with Gökçe Yalazalp as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Thanks to some nice moves Mustafa Hakan Sufi could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Franco Armani however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Bozkurt's Emrullah Erboy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Franco Armani. That made the score 0-5 after 66 minutes of play. Mustafa Hakan Sufi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Franco Armani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's goalkeeper Franco Armani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mustafa Hakan Sufi. Ömer Eymen made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Basmane Texas's René Bähner. Gürsel Aksel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iason Kazantzidis having to make a save. Iason Kazantzidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürsel Aksel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's goalkeeper Franco Armani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mustafa Hakan Sufi. Franco Armani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Hakan Sufi in the 81st minute. After 82 played minutes Basmane Texas got a freekick which was hit by Erik Allikmäe. René Bähner kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Bozkurt's Emrullah Erboy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franco Armani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Bozkurt played a much better game than Basmane Texas and deserved their victory. The Basmane Texas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
