The crowd rose to their feet as PHOENIX SC's Angelo Borges slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domingo Chesus. That made the score 1-1 after 14 minutes of play. Domingo Chesus came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by PHOENIX SC's Angelo Borges. But to his dismay, Angelo Borges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimir de Sena in the 19th minute of play forced FC LOMSKY's goalkeeper Domingo Chesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ray Clemence stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dasep Arkananta's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Domingo Chesus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Borges in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dasep Arkananta in the 25th minute of play forced PHOENIX SC's goalkeeper Ray Clemence to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dasep Arkananta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Borges in the 31st minute of play forced FC LOMSKY's goalkeeper Domingo Chesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, FC LOMSKY's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir de Sena came free, but Domingo Chesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Vladimir de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Chesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, PHOENIX SC's goal looked a bit too open when Dasep Arkananta came free, but Ray Clemence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hanung Sephtianda got free with Domingo Chesus in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When PHOENIX SC's Angelo Borges in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC LOMSKY's goalie prevented a goal. FC LOMSKY's Domingo Chesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hanung Sephtianda in the 54th minute of play. Domingo Chesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Borges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ray Clemence showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dasep Arkananta, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Domingo Chesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir de Sena in the 74th minute of the match. Dasep Arkananta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. I Gusti Leimena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ray Clemence having to make a save. The supporters of FC LOMSKY booed when PHOENIX SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hanung Sephtianda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Borges took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingo Chesus. Domingo Chesus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. PHOENIX SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
