Ludvík Vidlák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Johnmark Adefulu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lukáš Grulich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Temitope Emokpae in the 21st minute of play. After 23 played minutes U21 Nigeria got a freekick which was hit by Temitope Emokpae. In the 23rd minute, U21 Nigeria's Temitope Emokpae fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Lukáš Grulich was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. Ludvík Vidlák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Johnmark Adefulu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of U21 Czech Republic booed when U21 Nigeria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Makama Skinn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute Ondřej Čtvrtníček shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnmark Adefulu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind U21 Nigeria's goalkeeper Johnmark Adefulu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 36 minutes into the game, Rastislav Gerža threw the ball into play from the sideline. U21 Nigeria's Furo Uwaegbute quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lukáš Grulich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Temitope Emokpae in the 38th minute of the match. In the 45th minute U21 Nigeria were awarded a corner. Ifenemonye Mbabaotu went to the cornerflag to take it.

In the 74th match minute, U21 Nigeria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Furo Uwaegbute to maneuver through the defense. After 76 played minutes U21 Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Vlastimil Šesták. In the last second Johnmark Adefulu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Svatomír Hanák in the 80thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Lukáš Grulich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nsofor Lala in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th match minute, U21 Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jiří Kaválek to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, U21 Nigeria's goal looked a bit too open when Ludvík Vidlák came free, but Johnmark Adefulu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnmark Adefulu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ludvík Vidlák showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 90 minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, U21 Czech Republic's Ludvík Vidlák sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johnmark Adefulu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 96 minutes in the game Rastislav Gerža did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Vlastimil Šesták. U21 Czech Republic played a much better game than U21 Nigeria and deserved their victory. The U21 Nigeria players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
