World Class Talents Teams

Hi everybody, I just started a little project. I want to create a new federation. A federation were all the managers like talents. So -23 players with nice unmaxings or manny skills. Everybody can join the federation. But you need to have talents, and need to invest your time and energy in talents ! ;) We can discuss about our players, improvements, ...
